The XCMG XCT80 is an 80-ton truck crane with a gross vehicle weight of 50,000 kg and overall dimensions of 14,770 × 2,800 × 3,890 mm. It is powered by a Weichai WP12.375N or Sinotruk MC11.39-30 engine delivering 276–290 kW, with a maximum travel speed of 80 km/h, maximum gradeability of 40%, and a minimum turning diameter of 24 m. Maximum rated lifting capacity is 80 tonnes, with a maximum lifting moment of 3,060 kN·m at base boom. The main boom is 47.5 m long with a 6-section U-shaped design, and an optional jib is available to achieve a maximum lifting height of up to 61.5 m. The load-sensing hydraulic system provides a minimum steady slewing speed of 0.1°/s, delivering excellent fine control, precision, and smooth operation. Outrigger spans are 7.84 m longitudinally and 7.9 m laterally, with a K-shaped outrigger layout for superior stability during operation. The cab features air conditioning, an adjustable seat, a simple sleeper berth, and an LCD display for comfortable and convenient operation. Widely used in building construction, bridge works, port operations, and heavy equipment lifting applications.
